When I first came here I thought it was the need for weight loss and to boost my self confidence. Going through the four sessions that was recommended I realized it wasn't that I needed; I needed to retrain my brain to free me from the anxiety that kept me from just living. Everything I did before I already knew the outcome before I even did it. My anxiety would walk me through a situation step by step negatively before I could decide to just live it. In coming here I learned that life is not perfect, but that's just it, live it! Don't worry about things you don't know are even going to happen. I used to be on pins and needles everyday worrying about a hundred things, now, I just let my day happen without thinking about it or telling mysetf to get worked up over things I have no control over no matter how hard I try or how much I worry. But now that I don't think about things as much and I just do them, I have been more active which has lead me to be more confident :) It's funny how your mind makes you think a certain way. But it's ever funnier how I came in here thinking/ trying to fix one thing (weight) but the entire reason was become of something else (anxiety). - Tanya S., WI

I used to feel like I was not in control or had the ability to lose the amount of weight I have to lose. Since beginning the hypnosis with Jay, I have a renewed belief and control that I have not had in years. I am eating healthier and in control of my weight loss. I no longer am binge eating and have not since I have started my sessions. I am fitting back into my jeans which I have not fit into since giving birth to children. I used to start my day with coffee and drive to work. I noticed now I go straight to the fridge to finish preparations of my healthy lunch- without giving it a thought. I notice that most of the time when offered "treats" at work I now instinctively decline- without even thinking about it. I am down 14 pounds and 1 1/2 loops on my belt. I enjoy planning and creating healthy meals- rather than throwing anything together as before. I find myself not even going down the snack aisle at the grocery store.
